The Owner took down the P4 area, then went back and restored it. The mods had to go through and delete a bunch of images, it just became open again. Very hectic for a bit.

some mods fought for that, to keep things. as they did not expect nor require mods to go through it all hence why it at first was just deleted. then convinced to bring back and be "cleaned" or more akin purged

edit: the plus is that it got my interest here lessened to i focused on playing games and diddle conzi's pickle elsewhere

Hmm... I wonder if any cultures out there eat beef skin. Not as a novelty, but just in everyday life. Out of all the regularly eaten meats (Pork, chicken, and fish), beef is the only one I've even heard of being eaten with the skin on. There's gotta be ways to prep it that will make it palatable. Just a shower thought I had while being hungry af .

Also, pork > beef

Tends to be too thick and I don't think it's as fatty as pig (pork rinds), and is much better for leather. That said, there have been many instances of people boiling leather shoes/boots (usually bovine leather) to make soup or to even eat when in times of rationing/during war and other times when food is scarce. I've also never heard of sheep, goat or horse rinds.

As for which is better, I use and eat more pork (very versatile), but nothing beats an aged ribeye cooked by me, and bresaola might be the best charcuterie - though I like all of the pig versions as well.
