And here my question is whether it's worth buying prestige 4 or 3 is enough, because for 4 I still have to grind a bit and I'm not sure if it's worth it or not.

All Prestiges gives the same as the ranks below it, so P4 also gives what P1, P2 and P3 gives.
P4 gives access to where the AI images are being shown.
P2 And P3 are right now just for profile customization purposes.
And P1 removes cooldown on reactions.

As said P1 removes cooldown on reactions, and I've seen people being more lenient on giving them, out to those who are also seen giving some out.
So in a way P1 can help you get more coins "faster".
Also, please try not to double post.
