I'm pretty sure it's up to whatever mod sees it and how they decide to interpret the "rules" on that given day.
Moderation is wildly inconsistent over there and the so-called rules are rarely applied uniformly.
In other words they are all a bunch of escaped Redditor mods who get high on their own farts and like to think they have some modicum of power to abuse.

(PC version does work on JoiPlay just set type to "Ren'Py (Python 3)"
any other type will give you an Android not supposed error)

It was worth the download, though only Cotton has some new content from what I've seen in the DLC.
