Well Parasite Black has a character that has a child, too early in development rn though, Struggle With Sin has another character that gives birth, and I know there's 2 more characters that get knocked up, haven't checked it out in a while but its still in development, Corrupted Kingdoms has a lot of follow-up like at least 10 kids, Simple Days has a lot of characters to knock up and small scenes with them. Wish I could name more but there just isn't a lot that have followed through yet, lots of promises but who knows when they'll get that far in development
