At the moment I do not understand the status of m2,m3,m4, is it worth aiming there?????

It is worth striving for - even if for no better reason than the profile bling / swag you can get with it. Just interact with the others here a bit and drop in a GIF or image to show your effort and you will be there in no time. Important to drop that image from time to time or folks might just consider it low effort and start ignoring you. But it is worth it.

I have enough to unlock Games+ now, but I am letting it build interest for a bit to eventually get the prestige ranks (when I remember to collect it).

The two most important ranks are member+ and prestige 1 Member+ is for -- well it's obvious -- and prestige 1 so you can react faster with no cooldown timer. People see you reacting to them and they are more likely to react back which equals faster LC coin accumulations Also adding an image from time to time makes people more likely to actually look at what you have to say.

In addition to what @uncbuck said, when you get to P1, the cool down periods for reacting and posting both go away - I think posting cool down goes at the M+ level and reacting at P1, but, either way, with both gone, you are able to participate "better" if that's your thing.
