what part of earth do most of you live in?

I live in the US, also very very far from any ocean, although it's still wet as hell here.

Although is snow wet? Or does it only become wet when it melts? I guess most of the lakes have frozen, so perhaps it's less wet this time of year. Although the rivers still run free.

I've been to the dry parts of the US, walking off the plane was like getting punched in the face by the lack of moisture in the air. It's amazing to me that people can live in such places, I never really adjusted in the weeks I spent there.
