Overview:
"Secrets and Boundaries" will follow our main character Aaron (name is customizable) as he starts his freshman year at the illustrious Viktor Khondria University. He will meet many people including several lovely ladies for him to try his luck with, though there are plenty of other guys who are also competing for these ladies' attention.
Similar to Sharing is caring this VN will feature multiple paths for you to follow including Netorase, Netorare, and Netori that will be dependent upon the main character's Confidence and Sharing stats. To clarify, this is how I define those paths:
- Netorase: The MC is dominant and willingly shares/encourages his partner(s) to have sex with others because it turns him on.
- Netorare: The MC is submissive and his partner(s) have sex with others whether he likes it or not, and sometimes without his knowledge. There will also be degradation and humiliation.
- Netori: The MC is dominant and will pursue the ladies regardless of their relationship status with the intent of making them his and his alone.
There will be the option for "swinging" on the Netorase and Netori paths, but this will be completely optional and in the MC's control.
- Netorase: The MC is dominant and willingly shares/encourages his partner(s) to have sex with others because it turns him on.

A few things to note, there’s not a ton of sexy stuff yet as this story is going to be a much slower burn than SiC was. Also, instead of labeling the paths for Netorase, Netorare, and Netori, the paths will be determined by two stats, Confidence and Sharing. If MC’s confidence is high then the choice to share will likely always be available (ie. Netorase and Netori swinging), but if MC’s confidence is low, then there’s the possibility that sharing may occur regardless of the MC’s sharing stat (ie. Netorare). If you have hints enabled (can be toggled at any time in the Preferences screen), the choice menus will give you a clear idea of what will be affected by your choices. Sometimes it will be stats, and other times it could be your affinity with the girls.
As I mentioned, there’s tons of things that need to be thoroughly tested. You all know me, I’ve done a ton of testing myself, but as any dev knows the moment you hand your software to a user, they’ll find something broken lol. Here’s a short list of the biggest potential fuck ups:

- Gallery and Replay unlocking at the right time and staying unlocked through new playthroughs
- Girls’ stats unlocking at the right time and re-locking on new playthroughs
- Stats updating correctly (confidence doesn’t update until end of day)
- Music and sound effects at appropriate volumes either by default or user customization
- Toggles saving correctly for Hints/Preg and resetting for new playthroughs
