Yes, it happens, a good example would be a small business owner that has a hand full of employees that is low enough that they don’t require a manager. However, when you have several offices across several states, the more people you have, and as a result, that’s going to end up with a larger chain of command, one person can’t manage or watch over 30+ offices worth of employees.
I see Tosser has chosen violence… I don’t disagree, but if you haven’t experienced it first hand, and everything you’ve ever heard was that CEOs are somehow all knowing, you can’t help but eventually believe that to be the truth. It’s why I think it’s important to discuss topics that you disagree on. I’ve found that you find some agreed upon views while not agreeing with other parts.
No arguments on this, CEOs are humans, and as such, there will always be ones who are corrupt, sociopaths, and/or liars
