My current pc has a geforce 3070ti and a i7-11700KF processor, and I generate most pics fairly easily, the other stuff I have is comparable to what you have so anything like that will be fine. One thing to note possibly is 4000 series might be cheaper soon as the 5000 series is about to release soon.

One thing people neglect is a great motherboard. I dearly love having tons of usb connections available.

I would hope so 3070 ti is like 45% faster then a 1080 ti, it just got crippled by 8gb of vram still a solid card though.
