At this point, it's probably Babysitter Life or Father, Teacher, Villain since I'm convinced that one is headed for the dumpster after only getting one update after a year and that update was actually just a re-release of what little already was, but with less content built in

The games made by boraginol ("Isolated with Mom" and "Groom"). Both seemed to have quite a bit of potential in their writing, but both found themselves abandoned with their creator having gone missing like a year ago.

Yeah definitely Ecchi Sense, that game was amazing. Was gutted that it was abandoned.

To this day I still check Come Inside and Estate: Dominate on F95 hoping there's not just another Patreon wallpaper post. Also Acquainted, that one had beautiful renders and character design.

Buried Desires is for sure one of the first abandoned games that come to mind, I hope one day many of these devs will make their games code available for others to explore and expand or even just finish. Wish there was a place to do so.

I liked some of the HTML real porn games I played, like Confidence Man and Mount Pleasant. Would really like to have those back, but it seems like that category of games is especially likely to get abandoned.
