How do I download the incest patch? Well, I know how to do that, but where do I put it in the game folder? Also, can I change the MCs name? Finally, how do you get a good date score with Emily? It's the first date.

Can others please recommend other games like this that almost exclusively feature girls of similar body shape (skinny with small to normal size breasts) and age (mid to late teens) as this game? Seems like most other games focus more on huge breasts and/or older women and/or loli.

Damn, how many years has it been since this game was originally made now? 2016 or something? I remember it from back when the game had "Sister" in its title name, seeing "previously known as friends, love and cousins" made me chuckle a bit, since it was remade into that since it got banned due to being siblings before already .. probably have the original on a harddrive somewhere
