The studio was sold a year ago.
2 months ago they found new investors to survive and pay debts to their former publisher.
At best 2027, if it ever release.
99% are pure money grab, but some deserve the remake/repurchase.
Most of shit remakes also either are not remakes but basic remaster/emulation, or "remakes" of games that aren't even 10 years old. Of course a remake isn't needed when the game came out previous/current generation. (and sadly, it still sells a lot. Enough for publishers to only remake games instead of growing IPs ...)
By the time a potential KOTOR remake release, it will be at least 25, if not 30. Does not mean all 25+ old games needs a remake, but that's old enough to consider for some of them. (but if they're sold full price, they can keep it !)
