Don't remember who it was I was discussing My Dorm with, but they're probably a backreader so they'll see this eventually.

Zaz opinion is this: It's kinda bland. How the fuck you gonna hide the MC face 90% of the time, then when he gets a haircut to "look more mature", you give him the fucking curly pineapple of the dude from The Author? Yeah that's definitely more mature than the slickback mullet thingy. And it seems to fall into a generic trapping of most harem games. Why do all these girls like the MC? Is it some superpower or they're gold diggers looking for a sugar daddy? No, he's "really nice and always treated me well". I am an outlier for sure, but a majority of women aren't gonna be into sharing their man this hard in a normal scenario. I'll play to the end of this first part or whatever but it better turn shit around. I can barely even remember half these girls names and that's not a good sign. Means they're not impacting me as the player.

I've never been into the whole "immersion" thing - I immerse in actual books more than stuff like this, so a bit of a nonsensical "that could never happen" doesn't really bother me too much. I'm looking forward to Kim - the one with vitiligo - and she's probably already been "won" in the parts I haven't gotten to. I think you might get into it by the time you finish part one, but, if you don't you don't.

Mando started strong, but I think that's mostly that it tread some new ground in Star Wars and was a spectacle. Also, they had a cute new character and a nice relationship.

Andor is great. By your definition, I must be part of the Internet, because it's fantastic. The only thing I'll tell people is that some people need to watch the first 3 episodes to get into it.

Didn't watch Andor, I tried Mandolorian but after the Disney movies I really stopped caring, but still hoping for a new KOTOR or Jedi Academy to get the love back.

Andor wasn't made by the same people who did all of the Disney stuff. It was almost completely left alone by the rest of Disney.

Oh I forgot Ashoka. THough that may be a bit telling. I don't quite know how I felt about that one, the return of the rebels had me excited but it felt lackluster. Maybe I was putting too heavy expectations on it? IDK. And just like Boba, it felt more like a show about fan service by character bombs than a show about Ashoka...
