In this case I was purposefully misreading Gulag (the prison) for goulash (the Hungarian dish).just curious. What do you view as ethic food? I don't know difference at time because so much food originate from different part of world, and in some west countries food evolve over long period of time, so, in my understanding there ethnic food is pretty much down to interpret other than food specific to each country. That you buy them used and at least a few years old, because new ones tend to have lots of issues and getting the dealerships to fix them can be a pain in the ass. Old used ones usually have to issues fixed already. So it's good that you bought an old one.
