Well technically we can if remove the react we give someone.....that is like give and take back 5 coins.....

So a new guy comes in, acts like a new guy does, because hey, they probably ain't used to how things work here, and was a lurker before, so could be they didn't interact much on other forums.
They get a positive reactions, yay good job!
Then and I swear it's gonna happen, someone is gonna make sure, the new guy don't get to m+, at least not within the usual time frame.
But Slum no one would do that. Of course they would, might not be one of us, but someone out there would.
Also coins can go in negative, so they would have to climb out of that too, this they ever got into that.
I'm fine with mods and higher being the only ones able to take coins away.
