If I actually try to simulate a real event in my head for something like that, I get turned off pretty fast because that would probably actually be a terrible experience during when it happens and afterward. That's not hot. The feeling of having sex might be great (the same way that using an impossibly realistic sex device would be), but the rest would probably be terrible. There are many reasons people mostly choose to date people close to their own age.

Fantasies about rough sex and other deviant things would be even worse IRL. So, no, my general fantasies aren't at all like what I would feel IRL.

Also a lot of stuff that is hot in a game is impossible or weird or gross (or evil, honestly) in reality. I wouldn't want to live in a town that has sex slaves even if I was being the nice savior person there in IRL, but I prefer those types of games for many reasons. And my reasons often couldn't coexist, because I usually have different motivations for playing the game game at different times. Obviously that can't happen IRL and I wouldn't want to live with major internal conflict about what sexual things I could or should or did do.
