I promise you, part 2 and 3 use the same patch. Part 1's patch was an entire script replacement, part 2 changed to having variables for the names of relationships, part 3 used the same patch again, part 4 added a few relationships so it has a new patch.

I agree, it's a real shame about the animations. Note that there are regular updates. All in all, it's a good game.

Yes, in the past couple of updates. The MC and Nana went to her mother's house, where they finally did the deed. I have not played this update yet, but Nana and MC were just heading home and had agreed to keep it quiet for now

The plot is basically just lewd scenes. The MC runs a garage now, so there is some plot there, but this game is not one to be looking for any in depth story-telling.

This is especially true of the most recent update. It's just the entire house taking turns sleeping with the MC. There's one small thing that could be considered plot development, but anyone who's played to this point could see it coming a mile away.
