I haven't been following Apt 69 for a long time and wasn't aware there was an update. I'll have to download it and restart because I really don't remember much about the story line. (Biggest drawback to playing games that are in development.) In fact, I just saw there was an update (v1.1) for PL. I'll have to download that and start a new game to see the new content. WOOT!

I don't recall if the extra scene came with 1.1, or I just found it on a later play-through, but there is a scene with a dark skin loli that is something you can navigate to see. It's not one of the regular characters. If memory serves you're getting back at somebody by seducing their little sister.

I paid around that same price on mine, it was the best cost-benefit I found (it also dries an are relatively big), but I expect it to last many years at least.

I went to my first wedding this year, but my shirt was very thigh and I was very hot because of our climate, so I didn't enjoy the food as much as I wanted.

However many you feel like. I go back 5 pages. To me, that seems reasonable. Others go back to their last post... which can be quite a bit further. I would not recommend starting at the beginning, but to each their own.

Slum mentioned that he goes from wherever he was when he was last here, but he's here often. And he's really good about back-reading stuff. I do the same on the weekend but when I come back after a few days it really depends. I always go back 5-6 pages so I see what folks have been chatting about, and as much further as I have time. It also gives you the chance to quote a few that you can say something about.

Be sure to give a reaction to things when you like or dislike them. The reactions give coins to the person who posted. And follow the advice Slum provided about reading the first post. It has stuff to help.
