The problem is generally that games will be exponentially worse the more niche the kink they cater to.

If you want a very specific kink in a high quality game, usually the best you can hope for is some side character that caters to that particular kink as an afterthought.

The fewer people that have a perticular kink, the fewer devs there will be making games and the fewer resources they will be willing to invest.
