What kind of extreme or kink content would you like to see in a game (or to see more of)?

For me, I'd like to see more body modification. Everything from the entire pregnancy fetish, like birthing, breast growth, lactating, etc. but also things like seeing actual pussy use development. If a chick is regularly getting fisted, gangbanged, etc, then her holes should reflect that use. Same with the rest of her body. I guess just complete objectification lol. But it's be cool to see these variables in a game.

Other than those in the OP, very few games out there with hyperpregnancy. I'm pretty sure I've only ever seen one game with superfetation (multiple fetuses conceived at different times during the same pregnancy, i.e. rolling pregnancy). I'm also hoping that with games like D.Sim that can have modifiable characters and scenes in-engine there will be more transformation/growth focused games that let you make the characters look how you want and have that in the scenes, not just having multiple discrete variations of a scene pre-rendered.

Maids and Maidens is the only one I can think of that has both, which is surprising since a lot of art exists for the idea. White Russian and Cowtastic Cafe have a similar theme but with waitresses instead.

I’d like to see full pregnancy as well. As for my own input, I want to see quadruple amputee beyond just sex. Like a harem with one that depends on everyone.
