Gladly, I currently only aim to get enough cheese for a proper P4 rating, which is a long journey up ahead.

Good morning do you mean that you had to wake up early to vote?

We don't exactly have to wake up early, as the voting goes all morning and afternoon, but if you wait too much the voting booth get crowded and you'll have to stand in line for it to be your turn, so it's better to go not too late and be done with it already.

As to times, I'm in EDT (EST in a week.) I'm old now (and got used to up early/bed early due to being in the hospital a lot in the last 2 years (not since Jan) over various health issues, so I got used to being up a little after 6am and usually going to bed around 9 pm. Before it was up at almost 10 and staying up until at least 1am.

I miss when I worked part time in a home office job. Everyday I woke up almost 12PM and went to sleep past 5AM.
When waking up early, even if I do sleep the same amount in hours, I feel more tired than I did when I had this scheudule...

The last one I've played was Cozy Cafe. It's pretty vanilla, but I liked it a lot.

gifs in October and most of them were a one time use. I did spent over 3 hours

That's actually pretty slow for a day.

Anywhere from 60-80 pages a day was pretty common for a while.

Sad to see it slow down so much but does make the backreading easier at the same time.

Oh 4am, why am I still awake to see you again....

I wonder what it's like to just be able to lay down and... sleep. My college roommate was like that, out within 10 seconds of his head hitting the pillow. Absolutely mind boggling.

Theres a lot of factors that go into that. Screentime before bed is bad unless you turn off bluelight, I think it is recommended to stop like an hour before you go to bed. A good mattress really helps cause everyone sleeps different so different firmness/softness is needed. Also don't just lay in bed reading or playing on phone or watching TV bed should just be for sleeping or you know....

even if you only make some of these changes you should be able to see some improvement in your sleep

I found out years ago it's 99% your bed. Your mattress means a great deal to how well you can sleep. While I wouldn't buy one, those sleep number beds tell the truth on that. Some people need a soft bed, some need extra firm.

The bed I currently own I can lay down and be asleep in seconds. I'd struggled with being able to sleep easily, and went from laying awake for an hour or more to near instant passing out.
