This picture turned up on the security camera. It's a picture
of the person who broke into a bank in Denmark and stole
a whole lot of Danish crones, the equivalent to about 5 million
U.S dollars. I have a suspicion that I have seen that face somewhere
before, but where?

For base gifs:

You must be registered to see links

or google. (use drag and drop into reply box)
For basic editing:

For adding heads with motion tracking:

You must be registered to see links

(this adds a watermark, you can do stuff to prepare the base beforehand with ezgif and then remove it with the same site afterwards.)

If I want to make a base gif because of source quality issues:
to grab stuff from youtube, you can select the quality.
to cut large videos (movies, shows) down to manageable clips, you can burn in subtitles into the clips.
to make higher quality base gifs than what ezgif usually provides. It's very basic and has some limitations but it can give you a nice file to then edit with ezgif and gifmemes.

Nah, that's "Halloween" as opposed to "Trick-Or-Treating". As they're 2 different themes, can't have them on the same day. This one is cute with candy and neighborhoods/houses. That one is scary cemeteries, haunted houses, etc.

Can't let those two themes merge together.

I started interrogating suspects. Starting with a Mr. Conzibald.

Detective Stephanie: Where were you the night of Oct 5th?

Conzibald: Filling holes.

Detective Stephanie: [Conzibald claimed he was filling holes, but I checked
and there were no potholes on roads filled that night. Also Conzibald
is a chef and is not employed with Denmark, so why would he be

I'll check it out but I'm not sure it would be as useful as a dedicated converter. even though basic, the dedicated one can remove frames, specify resolution, choose between 2 qualities and choose between full conversion or just a clip of the clip.
