there isn't a single human being given this power who wouldn't abuse it the second he gets it. it's like a nuke, "better to have it than not" is BS because other than someone who works on A.I and knows the code and wants to get his hands on it. even that guy will still faceswap or use A.I to create porn, it's what people do...

I don't think people are concerned about porn, photoshoped nudes existed since the dawn of the internet, before the AI hype.
The main issue is impersonation and identity theft, especially when used by government actors.

(this adds a watermark, you can do stuff to prepare the base beforehand with ezgif and then remove it with the same site afterwards.)

If I want to make a base gif because of source quality issues:
to grab stuff from youtube, you can select the quality.
to cut large videos (movies, shows) down to manageable clips, you can burn in subtitles into the clips.
to make higher quality base gifs than what ezgif usually provides. It's very basic and has some limitations but it can give you a nice file to then edit with ezgif and gifmemes.

From what I've tested no, it doesn't give any reaction score, it gives coins, but no score.
But it's also shown as neutral in mimes backreading guide thread.
