this is not a pirate site (if i remember correctly from the rules) and only paid content that is leaked elsewhere is posted here. i would not expect 7.2 (supporter) to be released here unless its leaked somewhere else. which is currently as im understanding it from what the dev has said here, the loli (flashback scenes) only. which means once the cousins scenes are implemented those will be the only loli content free users will get unless the dev has future plans for loli content? dev please feel free to correct me if im wrong.

now although i will say i will never agree with pay walling loli content, i can understand why you would want to try and use that as bargaining chip to get more support/funds to continue your development. and thats perfectly fine. i have no issue with this. when i first came to this site, i thought thats what they where doing here, but i quickly realized that, although yes its an option to pay for the loli content, you could easily get it with enough time and effort. and i think that is what people kinda want when your game page has loli as a tag, they want lolis, and apparently thats what the cousins are (i have not yet played this game). and until that update comes, we dont have lolis. that puts a sour taste in our mouth. i hope as a dev you can understand this. just to clarify i am not saying give us what we want, thats far from what im actually trying to say, just be upfront about it.

now for a question to the dev, actually two questions.
1. why is your substar empty? is this a new thing or do you have posts completely hidden?
2. what made you decide to maintain two separate builds? there are ways to use unlock codes or whatever that would be far easier to "leak" even if you yourself leaked it to keep the loli community happy (which may even lead to more supporters tbh) then to maintain two separate builds. do you have any future plans to combine the free and the paid versions? or will you always maintain two separate builds?

Well, except that directly above your post, The Narrator explicitly says, "The cousins are not under a paywall." IDK what's in the flashbacks, but it sounds to me like there will be present content with the cousins that will be included outside of the paywall. So I'm not sure how your takeaway was that cousins were behind that. As for the SubscribeStar question, you might have missed this Boosty post explaining somewhat:

If you had played the game, you would have seen that "Cousins" are not behind a paywall, and you wouldn't have wasted your time writing all this nonsense. The extra content is just a flashback that has nothing to do with the main story. The game has some hidden (extra) content, that's all. Whether you support me or not, you will play the whole game, except for the two hidden scenes (flashbacks).
I'm not trying to milk people for their money, this is just an extra for those who support me. Think of it as DLC or extra gallery content. I really hope you understand once and for all that this game is completely free and I'm not charging anyone for it. And I'm sorry, but if you don't understand it right now, I'm not going to explain it anymore. It's very stressful and I have a lot on my mind working on the next release.

I have literally emailed them 9 times asking that question with zero response, they are very annoying.

Yeah, I'm not sure, either. I do know that on some platforms things like gift cards are rejected. So if some of the potential supporters were trying to use one of those or a similar method of payment, it might be intentional that SS prevents that. But I don't know specifics from one platform to another, so I ofc can't say whether that's the issue. Hopefully the folks on that platform can figure it out for you.

My compliments on the VN and/or KN btw. Unique design choice very well done from through our development so far and definitely a strong positive for this project.

Wanted to post again prior to that however to reply/comment on your earlier red texted post that hopefully I wasn't a contributing factor of the stress and frustration behind.

Have to Thank you that explanation finally clears all the previous confusion behind my previous posts. Must admit a certain degree of close mindedness on my part not catching getting that the only part of your ( high quality and greatly appreciated ) work on this project that you don't intend for, or will yourself distribute, mass public and free consumption will be non canon gallery bonus DLC type product. Putting it that way not only clarified my confusion, but also relieved my fomo as unfortunately broke ass but loyal fan of your work.

just played for the first time, great novel, so this is probably dumb, but was wanting to make sure I played the most up to date version, got kinda confused at the main screen with the 7.0 and the 7.2, anyways the one I DL'd ended with a puppy in bed with the MC, is this the most recent update? I suggest playing the 7.0 Supporter version with Smol patch applied....
I didnt find any new scenes at all in the 7.2, just some slightly different variations of already existing ones, and an added gallery.
Oh yeah, and 2 scenes completly removed coz they include Smol content in flashbacks.
In the supporter version, keep your eyes closed at the end and let them do their thing....

Are you sure about that? They kinda do seem important. The MC clearly has memory issues and the player doesnt know why yet....
He seems to be horny for his Familie and doesnt know why, the flashbacks actually do hint about why that could be.... :S

Its still your decision how you handle your releases, but i for my part, iam waiting for another leak of a supporter version before continue playing .

Game is good so far, and i dont wanna miss out on any content....

I will repeat myself if that is what it takes to make myself clear. Let me be absolutely clear: only the extra content (the flashbacks) are under the paywall. The cousins are not under a paywall.
I want to reassure you that you won't miss anything that interferes with the main story. You'll just get some scenes from the past. The game is entirely free, and the extra content is just for supporters. I hope you understand.

Is the game "entirely free" if you are locking content behind a pay wall because I think that's the very definition of not being free. Especially so since you're making the latest "version" paid and the previous version "free" but it's.. incomplete. It's a partial release, to be frank, even if it's only missing say 5% of the content but that 5% could arguably be the most important part.

Not sure about anyone else but I don't have a problem with essentially, 'early access' to content and supporting the creators but I'm never a fan of having exclusive paid only content that is never released as part of their 'free' plan. I don't know all the legality shit and it changes depending on where you are but I'm pretty sure such content being 'paid' and 'sold to others' is worse than if it was 'free'.

Yeah but that increases my work I am not too fond of creating two separate ports for supporters version and free version. Hopefully dev just decides to releases both even if supporter version is 1-1.5 months late. Thats why I have paused the port for now and will only port supporter version when and if it gets leaked.

If he's not going to take into account the amount of work he creates for porters because he doesn't understand what kind of effect his decision has on you and the sustained income of the game And the amounts of decrease in potential supporters. If he doesn't figure this out then imo there's not really any hope that he's going to figure it out anytime soon

Well he probably won't and if I was in his place, I wouldn't care about some porter too having problem with making 2 ports of same game but I just wanted to share it so that people don't bug me on why I am not updating my port to Free versions.
