Overview:
Raising Adali follows the Connor Smith, an a fairly unremarkable office worker, who decides to adopt an African refugee.
He quickly becomes infatuated with his adoptee, Adali, leading him to become sexually involved with her as he tries to help her deal with her trauma and acclimate to her new living situation.​

I think the art style is gonna be an issue with a lot of people.
It's very off putting especially with the shading. Just look at the 3rd picture. It looks like the head and body are suppose to be two different people.
It also gives a very unsettling appearance. If they are aiming to make it horror it will work but it don't have that tag so I am assuming it's not going for that look.
It also gives a impression of soft censored appearance.

I can understand trying to stand out in this sea of games and the appearance is certainly one way to go about it, just keep in mind though it's not always a good thing to stand out.

Going back and looking again I think it's the fact lighting lightens too much and shadows are too harsh and dark. But I don't do graphics so take what I say with a grain of salt. Just trying to offer feedback on why I think I'm put off with the graphics.

An african LI is a pretty fresh idea for these kinda games but doing that with Honey Select of all things for your renders is just baffling to me.

Can you point to where the Dev has been active? I have only found the Blog I posted about.
I would love to see what the dev has to say as everything here is far too little. Dev notes after 2 1/2 years absence with an old version still looks abandoned to me.
I am happy to stand corrected but do require more than what is here.
