Tropes can be pretty annoying but it always depends on the execution, if the result is an actually hot scene I don't really care how cliché it is. Coming up with excuses for family members to see each other naked frequently is kinda hard without going into it.

but if the execution is bad you lose double points as you will get distracted by it and not even have a decent payoff

I'm a big fan of all truth or dare scenes I've played, wish there was more in other games. Always a great excuse to push the bondaries, even in bad games it's hard to fuck it up

Am I stupid or whats the appeal to watching someone asleep getting pleasured, it's not like he can feel it. Also, it's usually a hand job so it's not like the girl is enjoying it too much either. I seriously don't get the point of it.

Not really, both plots make the protagonist older then wanted. Even with a good plot i wouldnt like common motherfuckers, i'm not into old hags. So the protagonist must either be a loli or the mother must be a false-milf looking like a teen. I dont play games to collect scraps, i play to collect girls. That aside, the whole concept of a family in these games is limited, where are the big families with 6+ kids? The common maximum are protagonists with an older and a younger sister, often even less.

Well yep, pretty much. But part of making incest realistic is to have the feeling that they are family. There are fights, some tender moments, some tense moments, some very open and trusting moments that are not just porn, and then breakthroughs and pullbacks. Its extra hot to know that they are family and not just be told by some words. Some of these things could be interesting, the delivery just falls flat.

The "stepmom" or "mom" accidentally sees MC's johnson and admires it every time. Usually right after next scenes is that the "mom" tries to advance the situation or won't resist at all. Just because of the big johnson.

On a darker note, some games use the trope of the MC being already incestuous, usually with the sister, because the mother was molested by her granddad/grandmom, and so it's a normal family dynamic as if it were kind of a genetic thing...

IRL, these situations could take months or years to occur. I don't want to play a game where the MC comes home and it takes hours of game play to start to earn the trust of the rest of the family. One awkward dinner and then breakfast with gets the point across without the excess baggage. I don't mind a bit of a longer lead up to the action, but making it truly realist is not needed. That's partly why these tropes exist, to speed up the plot to get to the point of these games.
