I never knew there is a dub version. Not that I watch it either, but Simpsons have a dub and in anime or cartoons i find dub usually works. Just not movie dubs

There's always going to be dubbed versions for each country a show/movie is aired in. I think that watching the original audio with subtitles is superior. Voice actors rarely are able to mimic the original actors' interpretation of their characters, plus there's always stuff you lose in translation. And while you also get that in subs, I've found that most of the time you get less of it.

I agree. In fact, I won't watch a dub movie but I do watch plenty with subtitles and they are usually not so bad and yes, some things are lost in translation but usually its not so far from the real meaning, especially when you can also se the scene and what is going on. Dub/voiceover IMO, is just annoying to me.

A bit is better then worse. Same here doing the autumn theme. I'm sure people will. But I'll be honest. I do it for fun, come up with my own type theme to go with the daily theme. If people don't like them so what. I did a theme that turned out a bust to everyone else. But I liked them, thought they looked good and that's what mattered most to me

All this Star Trek posts and I'm thinking: "I have to go back to watch Battlestar Galactica", I was surprised to put the first DVD disc to watch and it was a full movie.

It has one of THE greatest badass scenes IMO.
