What exactly does the True Edition patch do? I use it but I'm not sure what is missing without it. Is it just the Nora content?

The True Edition only came out like 2 updates ago though, which is why it confused me.

Amazing start for the game. The story is emotionally captivating.
The models look great, cute. Really hard to pick a favorite.
Great renders and animations, great writing and great audio choices.
I am especially looking forward the dark route.

Chapter 6 was actually the second largest update of the game despite only a 4mo. development time: so not shortened at all.

The True Edition only came out like 2 updates ago though, which is why it confused me.

The explanation for this is basically...

Chapters 1-4 only required the "Taboo Edition" (incest patch), since the game didn't yet feature any overtly dark or "petite" content. But now that the game's very dark and "petite" scenes are starting to happen, the "True Edition" is needed. If you look in the patch files, Taboo Ed. and True Ed. are actually separate .rpy files, so it's theoretically possible to remove the Taboo Edition and still play the True Edition -- but as the name implies, "True Edition" is playing the game in its TRUE form... so removing anything from it isn't the recommended way to play.

I really liked this game at one point, but the slow updates killed me. On top of that, the later story didn't seem to have nearly as much depth as the start.

I'm playing dark with Maddie and Brooke, good with the other girls.

Took sometime for this game to come back to speed on development. Glad they did. Easily one of fav story/game of all time.

I think the only difference in the True Edition right now is the scene with Brooke's daughter. Up until the most recent update there was no content with her and that's why the two editions were the same.

Alita is True Edition too. And some of the darker stuff, like the forced scene in CH6.
