I totally get where you're coming from. It really is frustrating when the villain is portrayed as incompetent just to make the hero look better. It's like the story hits a point where they just hand the villain the idiot ball so the hero can win easily, and it feels so forced and unsatisfying.

It’s not uncommon for people to overlook the hero’s flaws while focusing on the villain’s, which can be pretty aggravating. It’s not about wanting villains to be better or worse to me it’s about wanting them to be interesting and competent, and not just plot devices for the hero to defeat.

yeah not normally that long but playing Yahtzee and back reading the OG thread had left me plenty of quality content to reply to.

What I have in the bank and what it shows in public 90% of it was earned just like how you earned yours. Talking and getting to know people. Which I have made a few friends on here. I have had my account for almost 2 years. But like most I was just a lurker. I wasn't active at all until like the end of June. So a few month ago. But in that time i've gotten P1 and P4. All you need to do it talk and engage with people. I know that's hard for some. The feel of being rejected or ignored. Even tho I'm at the point where a fair amount of people here know me. There's still some that I feel haven't fully excepted me. But i'm still trying to engage with them. All everyone has to do it try

Honestly I think 40k is close to a good spot, even if you are a chatty Nancy most people aren't going to earn more than 1k, hell my best day is about 800. But I also don't go around posting beyond nonsense
