I enjoyed SAO the first two seasons, I've not managed to get into the ones past that because the story made no sense in the beginning. Aliciazation I'm told is good, but spending several episodes cutting a tree bored the piss outta me. DxD you could remove all the tits and it would still be a good story.

The certain magical index and rail gun anime are great as well.

Yeah Aliciazation definitely had some slow parts. Both seasons were 24 episodes. The second season took me awhile to get into. Being about guns, it just didn't feel the same at first. But after a few episodes I really got into it. I'm hoping they do some more seasons of it. Cause they still have re:aincad and unital ring.

The only thing about SAO I don't enjoy was the spin-off show other than that I enjoyed all the seasons,games, and movies.

I haven't watched it yet. Seen everything else. Just not that. I will eventually. It also took me sometime to watch the spinoff of is it wrong to try to pick up girls in the dungeon. But glad I did. It filled in some stuff that was left open from the first season

They kind of dropped the ball with Index III, and they don't seem to even be on talks about adapting more. I fear we might never see more of it animated, which is a shame, since the world and their characters are all so interesting.

SAO gets a lot of hate, I'd say it's actually pretty good, the highs are amazing, and the lows aren't as bad as people make them out to be. I haven't watched DxD.

SAO was one of the first anime I actually got into and didn't want to kick a puppy by the end.
