Trust me... I am very sneaky, and was definitely expect to get some form of strange replies when I asked the fateful question "What is next?" If you like the old B&W movies- you should check out "Harold Lloyd". He did ALL of his own stunts and some of them could've had disastrous consequences. Oh, and George Melies had a lot of interesting animations and camera tricks that made him quite the pioneer in his day.

Buster Keaton was one of those guys who did all his death defying stunts himself.
One time he had a physical his doctor asked him:

"So, when did you break your neck?"

He had no idea he ever did, but thinking back he figured out when it happened.

He was filming a scene where he stood under the pipe of those water towers they used to fill steam locomotives. He was to pull the release and be hosed down. But, he had underestimated the force of a one foot pillar of water dropping from twenty feet, so he was immediately pancaked on the tracks. He jumped up and finished the scene though, it's in the movie.

When he was flattened down his neck was across the rail. He did remember having a very sore neck for some time after that scene.

Have you considered finding a job that doesn't involve dealing with customers? Best thing I ever did was get away from those rat bastards.

I don't deal with them technically. I'm just the shipper. But if something happens during shipping I hear about it. But they are complaining about some plastic screw tops breaking ( legit complaint ) and that for a 8 part order 2 were packaged internally this way and 6 were packaged internally another way ( BS complaint ) The difference being a 1/4 piece a foam vs some bubble wrap. I've though about it really have. I started here in Oct and paid 10 dollars more then my last job and all i have to do is ship. Last job I was the warehouse lead, shipper, warehouse manager, sales person, customer service even tho i was just the warehouse lead and responsible for shipping. Plus after only being here for a few months they did raises and they gave me a raise of another 5 dollars
