Download the windows version?
First download Renpy sdk. Install on your Mac (easiest is folder on desktop)
Dropp the Windows file with all its content in the Renpy sdk folder on your desktop.
Dont run the game in the folder.. Run the Renpy app in the sdk folder
Mark your game on the left (see picture)
Hit launch and enjoy!

Game has interesting mechanics. Just kind of weird when tracking quests, it closes some of them because they are complete for a certain task and proceeds to make a new quest for the same person, which is just annoying. I am curious on how the mechanics will work for group sex stuff when the harem is constantly changing?

I like this game you have a super power is amazing and like you have option to change the gender to you best friend

Although the main story has not developed since a few updates, it is still fun to finish one of the open quest line of the other characters. The game has a few minigames, you can avoid, but with lower earnings of experience or money.

Don't worry, the game has a roadmap and next update would be some progress with the main quest, and new harem members.

like every Renpy patch, extract and drop the .rpy or .script or whatever it is in the /game folder. It doesn't do a whole lot since pretty sure this wasn't meant to be an incest AVN, it just makes the blonde girl you live with (forget her name) the MC's sister last I played it, but like most 3rd-party-incest AVNs she somehow doesn't take too much convincing to fuck her brother among other oddities (the better incest patches rewrite the entire script making it incest but that's a lot more work than a simple title change, and also needs updating everytime the AVN is).
