Yours aren't too bad Slum. I actually enjoy yours especially the mod summoning and figuring out what your saying in some of them. It can be a great word puzzle to start the day. But this person just 3 posts about I haven't got a clue. Then later another post that sounded like preaching and changing themselves and us going on the journey. I read those and was just like wtf is this person talking about.

I swear I've seen restaurants in the US offer mashed potatoes on hot dogs, although I couldn't tell you where. I had a "sushi" that was a sushi roll with cooked steak instead of fish, and I really like Philadelphia rolls which are salmon and cream cheese.

We do have Philadelphia sushi, but in fact most of them have cream cheese.
Here it's very common to have "all you can eat" restaurants. We do have traditional sushis, but in those places they're usually made to please brazilian taste (I like both types), and since cream cheese is liked by most and yet you kinda get tired of eating it, some restaurants kinda overdo it. Hahaha

Um, I can't even recall IF I've ever had mashed potatoes WITH a hot dog as a side? I mean I guess you could- I'm still like a 4 year old smush Chili Cheese Fritos into a sandwich, so I guess it's not THAT weird, considerably... (Coincidentally, I am making chili dogs for dinner with piles of monterey jack cheese and creole seasoning.)

Okay, walk me through this "sushi"- is there any nori (seaweed)* in this recipe or do you just stuff cheese and salmon into mashed potatoes? Is there anything holding it together? Like a tortilla or something?

Here, the traditional hot dog is the bread, the mayo spread onto the bread, the hot dog sauce (tomato sauce with sausages) and shoestring potato fries on top. Condiments are optional, but not as established as the US ones.

In some places you have the mashed potatoes instead of the shoestring potato fries, and in some others you have both of them.

You can also find hot dogs with lots and lots of different fillings/toppings, the creativity is endless. Hahaha

The "sushi" don't have nori nor rice, what "holds" it in place is the cheese.
It is melted, but not too much, kinda goey but still acting like a "skin".

I must admit, during the movie I turned to my wife and said "Horror movies would be so much shorter if the people weren't fucking idiots." Still, like I said, I loved the feel of it. And to be fair, the crew in the first movie was pretty fucking stupid too, so even that was faithful to the original.

I took a bit of writing classes early on. Wasn't too good at it, but some stuff stuck. One of them was conventions:

In a heroic journey, if the hero says no to adventure, the story is over.
In a suspense, if the protagonist lets the cops/feds do their job, the story is over.
In a horror, if the protagonist doesn't do unwise stuff, they escape early and the story is unsatisfying.

And that's pretty much when I said "fuck it!" to stories, stopped reading and only watched TV / Movies for the visual spectacle.
That and I started putting most of my free time into gaming.
