I played Holy Knight Ricca way back after finding it on F95 and it's just such a good game. I found myself just as invested in the story and gameplay as I was the lewd stuff. I can only wish there could be more like it with that level of quality.
It's a real shame what happened with Monster Girl Island. That was going places that I really liked. The graphics and animations were well above average compared to a lot of the stuff you usually see in places like this.
There are a LOT of DAZ Studio VNs out there that all look exactly the same.
I myself am a creator. I'm currently working on an Equestria Girls game starring Twilight. It's basically a Zone game with the buttons to change poses, but I plan on there being point and click puzzle elements added in. There's going to be multiple different scenes that can be unlocked, animated cutscenes, story, and a bunch more. I currently have it as an alpha early access thing for backers. I won't link since I'm not trying to plug or anything. However, I'm not a fan of pay walling and intend to share it here in full when the game is completed.
After that, I've got various things I want to do ranging from RPGs to side scrollers. I'm sort of learning as I go so there's no telling how long it will take or how well it will work out, but we'll see what the future brings.
