For an entirely different kind of gameplay, there's Masters of Raana- a sort of management/RPG hybrid in a pretty interesting sci-fi setting.

Try CCTV-USSR and Desperate Days, they are both in taking place same unique pre-apocalyptic/post-communits universe created by retsymthenam. Although diferent in gameplay terms the gameplay is also unique. I liked Desperate Days because it blends old-school 2.5D adventure sandbox with modern graphics. and mechanics. Also if you like DD you can try Not Without My Sister and Seashell Whispers!

I almost never like adult games with actual non-trivial gameplay. But I do like Town of Magic a lot. It's an RPG implemented in Ren'Py, with just enough RPG elements to make it interesting. Basically the only sexual content in it is when the female MC 'wears' a slime, which looks very sexy, and gets into interesting situations while fighting. That's rather repetitive but still nice to look at. The point of this game is really just the gameplay, which I find more fun than that of the vast majority of NSFW games. It's also quite polished.

^I second this, Flip Witch is very fun.

If you like Management gameplay I would also check out Lab Rats 2 (I think it is abandoned, but there is a modding community working on updates for the game), Strive: Conquest (and its prequel Strive for Power), and Monster Girl Club Bifrost. The porn in them is okay, but it's incorporated into the gameplay in a consistent way, and the games themselves are enjoyable even if you don't care about the porn.
