Pretty much a streamer but instead of a using facecam or mic only, they opted to use avatars (most cases anime style). That way they can either play a character, or keep their anonymity while the audience practically has something to attach the voice to.

Most of them have Bikini versions or something similar which they they happened to "accidentally" switch to once during streams. But yeah some embrace the horniness, some are more shy about it.
Meanwhile shylily, despite her name, is not shy about that sort of stuff

Oshi is the term used for japanese idols, an oshi, because the earliest and most prominent vtubing organizations were/are operated like idol companies, the language/slang basically transferred over. So by asking who his oshi is, I am asking who is the main vtuber he supports.

It can go even further to the point of obsessiveness apparently
