Abandon it is sad, and unfortunately common. But to delete the thread? Why? That's weird.

With developers getting arrested in some countries it could be he got scared.

I'd get it if it was some months ago, after you know what, but to wait all this time and then nuke it all of sudden it's kinda surprising.

Oh. I liked Our Island.
I liked his first game, and had Our Island on the list to check out but never got around to it. Guess I won't get the chance now since he nuked the whole thread

Me, too. I played that once first, I want MOAR!

I'm not sure on that end. The other threads say not to ask.
Have you met the IRS?
Yes. I have met the IRS. Many times. I helped my aunt and uncle, her parents, do their taxes for a few years. They are farmers, so it get complicated.
Might have to look at that - I know you don't get it for organs, but I haven't done any individual taxes other than my own since the 90s. If y'all have looked at it, fine, but the fair value of a wig donated could be a tax deduction. If there would be an exception for anything, it would be something that won't permanently disfigure or mutilate a person, so hair would be ideal.

I once did work for a family group when cosmetic surgeries could be a deduction (mid-80s when it changed). One 18-ish daughter wanted to go into modelling, and let's just say she deducted an entirely new profile that year. :ROFLMAO:

Well, they were deducting business expenses then.

There's a yacht tax deduction, but no deduction if you donate a kidney. Fucking scumbags.

Something could have happened where he lives that spooked him, it's hard to say. It might even be he's looking at a career option and doesn't want anything that can come back and screw him over, again it's hard to say. Basically there are all kinds of reasons that it can happen.

I take it they weren't hair farmers then.

freaking Australia I want to hate you so much for all you take away from this already small (no pun intended) community

But you also give the world this beefcake
hugh-jackman-smile.gif

so I'll just split the difference and say we're disappointed in you....do better

They would probably be able to deduct the hair if they were!

A weird part, now that I think about it, is that she got $4,000 CASH. I doubt she paid taxes on it.
That guy that bought her hair might be a Wild Bill type after all...

So i awake to a FB messenger message from my sister saying " remember this ? "

She has absolutely no clue that i use Bonk as a username. Frickin weird
Bonks you obviously spend too much time in these forums and not playing the games or maybe you took one too many hits on the head from your orgies scuffles with underlord and evilsurgeon , cause this is obviously your sisters way of covertly letting you know that she knows who you are on here. You were supposed to make the next move. ;)

Ugh now I have to change the lore...I had you down as like this wise sage type person, I have to rework everything now

Well, to be fair, this applies more to computer games:
If a game has Godmode, it's on.
If there's a difficulty slider, it's at minimum.
Otherwise, I Save Scum.

If I can't do that, I research the brand, style, dev, company, and never play from that category again.

Younger me cared about live skills or character building skills.
Older me has no fucks left to give. I click on an "I win" button.
I'm sure it's not hard to guess which type of porn game I like.

No shaming those that like tough games (I heard Dark Souls was a doozie) or hard porn games.
I avoid the those games i.e. more for you... which... doesn't work at all to say something like that on a PIRATE site... but I never said I was smart.
I agree completely. I miss "God" modes/codes, being able to use a "GameShark"/"GameGenie", and just being able to spawn whatever I want in game. I think GTA III or IV was that last one with those kinds of codes... :p

Sometimes you just want to mindlessly cause destruction with no consequences for the Hell of it.

I think I played the "Dark Souls" with Death AND...fuck that game. Not only was it hard- it was confusing as shit. Half the time you just wandered into battles you had no business being in- they should've just called it re-spawn simulator. :ROFLMAO:
On a related note, I have ascended.

Congrats! And so it begins...

I've seen y'all use this one a lot. WHAT is it from? Does anyone know what he's reacting to exactly? It must be pretty damn funny... :ROFLMAO:
That's the biggest reason the Wii U failed: The majority of people didn't even understand what it was. Most just assumed the Wii U was just a new accessory for the Wii, but in reality it was another console altogether.
He is a normal console, which is the boxy thing, but the controller have a touch screen. The dual screen and touch controls were its gimmick, just like the DS, and the gamepad (the controller name) also had a camera, microphone and motion controls, and the whole console were retrocompatible with Wii remotes. One of the most advertized feature was the asymetrical local coop, where one player would use the screen on the gamepad, and the others would use the TV while playing the Wii remote.
I think it was a good idea, and I really liked mine, but combining the confusing product name, the company's inability to make proper adversiting and the lack of third party support made it one of Nintendo's biggest failures.
So for co-op you still needed a base station Wii with controllers? So that little black boxy thing was essentially the regular Wii and the handheld WiiU was a combination of a touchscreen with controllers? I'm not quite understanding how this would work, ngl. Seems convoluted... Was it at least portable like a Sega GameGear OR did you still need the boxy/base station in order to play with it?
It slipped under radar of many, many people. Hahaha
I'm kinda starting to understand why- I don't think it was well advertised because nobody knew what in the Hell it was or did. :ROFLMAO:
Fox was the one that owned the mutants, and also the Fantastic Four, and some lesser know characters. Sony still owns Spider-man and its villains. I think there was a time when Marvel business was on the ropes, so they started selling the movie rights for other companies.
That's right Fox, but again I'm pretty sure the use of the word "mutant" predates X-Men comics...
Maybe Kurgan knows- he seems to be quite the comics historian/archivist. :ROFLMAO:

No, it was a new console, it only used the old controllers, just like you can also play Xbox Series with Xbox One controllers, or PlayStation 5 with PlayStation 4 controllers (I don't know if many games use them, but I know it's possible).
The gamepad was just Wii U controller, it had no processing power. It was not a portable. The console was both the videogame and the controller (which weren't sold separately, so if you broke it, you're in for a bad time).
When Sony announced that PlayStation Portal many people joked that it was Sony's Wii U, because it is just a controller with a screen that needs to be connected to a videogame to be played. Hahaha

Well... time to shower and get on the move... gotta help my parents out today, even though I would prefer to continue sleeping... xD

You not feeling good. Get your ass to bed. 💚

Alright get some sleep you sexy little thing. I'll talk with Flaming since I have P4
Ah, the "P4 before P2/3" kinda guy, my weird brain can't comprehend that so I didn't notice xP But yeah, then just look trough daddys repository for blue haired boys ;PPPP

Maybe Kurgan knows-
Namor has been retcon as mutant, so technically mutants are present in the Marvel Universe from the very first comic (1939). But it seems a character named properly as mutant in a Marvel comic happened for first time in Amazing Detective Cases # 11 (1952)

But for the mutants to be a thing, in fact we needed to wait until 1963 with the publication of X-Men.
