anyone know how long the discount week for shop will last / when it started?

Starting within the last 8 hours I think, I can't be more precise, it started when I was away.
And for how long it lasts, I don't know anymore, the last couple lasted quite some time, but before that it was only like a day or two.

I think my average was about 50 on a good day, BUT that was with quoting and responding WITH a 7K deficit of back-reading.
Just don't wear yourself out- although learning the history of these folks was kinda educational and entertaining, ngl.
I tried that, but the deficit grows exponentially if you don't stay on top of it- even you start from where you were the day before and you're all caught up...you're either in the future or the past. At least that's what I'm discovering.

Yeah I did the multi-tab idea from @bonk was great to keeping up with the current talk but I wasn't able to make much headway in the the backlog. We'll see how it goes today

And lastly, I said I'd post the most recent result when we hit 100 respondents. I checked tonight, and we are up to 100 respondents! [confetti, please].

What can I say, even if D&D and dungeon crawling are not my thing, the images of the game look cool XD And I have a large number of miniatures rusting in boxes that I wouldn't mind to give them an use!

You're better off playing the video games, although a tabletop game with just dungeon master + one PC (possibly controlling multiple characters, or play a gestalt character if you want power fantasy) can be fun.

Well, it's been years since I played one, so I wouldn't know.
Original games like LEGO City Undercover it's all right for them to talk, ai liked playing it, but whenever I played a parody game when it first started with the voices, I found it very boring...

That's what it was called- The one that was basically Lego GTA? That was a great game.

Don't remember if LEGO Jurassic World used voices or mumblings...
But it was my favorite of them.

I only play Ren'py games on my computer The format 2 players, one with the role of game master and another controlling a single character is one of my favorites. It's a very immersive experience and fast storytelling. With large groups you can end dealing with long player deliberations or out of topic talks.

Besides, if we stretch D&D to RPG, not only can I play Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights, but I can add the non-ESO Elder Scrolls.

And, of course, playing solo means I never once have to hear "L2P Noob." or whatever passes for it today, of course, prompting me to over-react by:

it has become pretty popular since the pandemic, I have a couple of friends that play it alone, sometimes just because, others to test things.

Well, to be fair, this applies more to computer games:
If a game has Godmode, it's on.
If there's a difficulty slider, it's at minimum.
Otherwise, I Save Scum.
If I can't do that, I research the brand, style, dev, company, and never play from that category again.

Younger me cared about live skills or character building skills.
Older me has no fucks left to give. I click on an "I win" button.
I'm sure it's not hard to guess which type of porn game I like.

No shaming those that like tough games (I heard Dark Souls was a doozie) or hard porn games.
I avoid the those games i.e. more for you... which... doesn't work at all to say something like that on a PIRATE site... but I never said I was smart.

I'm half way for P4, so there is no way I make it in this discount even if it lasts until Sunday. Once it finishes I will be again halfway XD
