I love this game... a silly fantasy that keeps growing and becoming more and more exciting.

Everything that happened because of this is very sad.

All i am gonna say is Australia's government my's well call themselves a dictatorship or a communism cause Wither the character in a game that uses pixels looks 18 or not can not prove there age cause Westy is the Game developer and if he says there 18 then they are 18 and are of age because you can not prove they are under age because they don't have a birth year unless westy says they do he created the game and the characters are the age he says they are cause he created them. So no matter what they do to try and prove they are underage they can't prove it cause they are whatever age Westy says they are. Therefore they don't have anything unless westy says they are underage which he has not because the disclaimer clearly states they are 18 therefore they have nothing on him. To prove they are underage or ever were underage. In other words Aussie PD is wasting there taxpayers money to pursue a Game dev of which they have no way to prove his characters were underage to begin with because there age is what Westy says it is. Wasting the taxpayers money to try and convic a game artist for making chilporn instead of pursuing those that are raping and grooming actual underage children where they actual have proof that they are underage. Pretty sad they would rather use taxpayers money to go after a game developer for a crime they can't prove he committed instead of going after the Real ****'s where they can't actually prove it.

The EU has similar cases, as does canada. The only countries that don't that are 'white' countries are kinda the US and kinda Russia. Even they have some cases that get close, but from what I've seen haven't gotten to full crazy like the rest. non white countries generally don't virtue signal as much

The sex crimes must be against humans for prisoners to BEAT THE BRAKES out of another prisoner. I have seen nothing to indicate that Westy was guilty of a sex crime against a human. And, I am unfamiliar with any US sex crime involving computer pixels of imaginary humans used, as Westy has done.
In the US, a person convicted of crimes against a minor, not just sex related, is subject to a beating. Same thing with rape of an adult.

Afaik in the US its based on which state, some states dont allow CG Loli content either.

If you're paying attention to AI gen, people are training AI image gen with actual models and making new images of the models with it. AI image gen is already able to do that without explicit training for it. It's gonna get worse imo

The entire thing is a mess that will lead to a lot of fallout. Itch gave over all records for everyone who payed for access to the game, and Australia has shared all financial information with every other country. I'm sure others have or will be arrested for buying stuff off itch going forward.

It's been discussed before that he should've relocated long ago. Maybe he wasn't aware of his country's laws on CG porn?

Yeah its been happening for years, deepfakes with AI has been causing issues for streamers/famous people for a long time now. And yes it will only get worse haha.

I think he just took the chance and expected that nothing would happen that they government wouldn't care about stupid matter like that and he got burned because of it.
Alot of people did say that moving country would be the right choice tho its aint that easy as people think. Can take years and if you also have a family it gets harder also you will lose all your friends at the same times. Like completely 180 life turn around.

Tho Westly was 30 if i remember right because there was a news story made about him.
It said that a 30 year old had been detained by the police because of this.
So generally he could had moved. Idk what to say.

I have not heard of any state law prohibiting CG content (Loli or adult). And in West's case, ALL of the characters were 18 years or older (although the user could change the age to under 18.)
