I heard about the last 2. Haven't watched both of them tho yet. Most recent isekai i have seen is probably mushoku tensei

Mushoku Tensei is one of my fav isekai. I don't think there is any other good isekai nowadays. All most all them are just OP MC with a lame plot and worst animation. Did you watch Re:Zero?

There is also an anime which is a parody on Pokemon and such called condom battler gorou which is basically about teaching ppl safer sex in a bizarre funny way. Only a couple of short episodes. I recommend to check it out for a quick laugh

Yeah i watched re:zero. I liked it. And yeah i agree about the OP MC crap. Personally isekai has become so oversaturated, its quite hard to be excited for new ones coming out nowadays

Actually, what I remember of the 1st one- I was more interested IN the story. If I'm not invested in the build-up or the cast- why bother? I like world-building and lore. Motivations and conflicts. Draw me into your imagination, if you're able.
There's secrets, intrigue, mystery, interesting characters, a plot that seems cohesive, beautiful renders, and a loli lil sis in her underthings.
What's not to love?
