Apart from the majority of games I've not tried (that don't appeal either for story, graphics or engine) there are four categories of game status for me:
1) Great games that start well but get abandoned (for various reasons) - Apartment 69 and Gates Motel spring to mind.
2) Great games that start well, but then drag on (and on) with no real end in sight. I end up deleting these. Grandma's House for example.
3) Great games that progress well but then suddenly finish (seems just for the sake of it). Milfy City is one.
4) Great games that tell a proper story and conclude (just like a good book). Mr Dots games fall into this category. Looking forward to seeing how Thief of Hearts progresses.
What games in (1) to (3) would you like to see finished (or concluded properly)?

seeing Leaf on fire finished would be great although nintendo shut that down hard another that comes to mind is the tyrant by saddoggames he just vanished in 2021 leaving the game(almost) done

Polarity, from one of/some of the guys working on Radiant right now.

Teacher's Pets (the original) which was great but I believe got screwed over when Patreon updated its policies.

Bad Teacher, whose dev died unexpectedly.

Casting Couch, I think the dev just got a better job.

Big Brother. Someone should do a remake or something one of these days...

Of those that have made significant progress in development - Bright Past (almost complete), Amnesia, Straitened Times, Vae Victis.

Take Over has a cool story concept of taking place in Soviet Russia and leading a revolution where you turn everyone into a slut and has a lot of scenes/kinks, but way too many characters and derelict gameplay systems that have built up over the years (Something Unlimited has this problem too). Wish they'd finish it and either remake or do something smaller and more coherent.

There is a long list of games that I would like to be finished, but the ones mentioned above are some of the ones that I have played long enough to be really invested on them.

The only one I can think of is AOA Academy, it was one of the first games I picked up and it breaks my heart to see it lying there in the Abandoned pile...

I wish Healslut would fully finish. I can't bring myself to re-download it until it's fully done and I can explore all the paths. At this point it's so long that I at least can't remember half the things I chose if I try to check an update.

Right now I can only think of one: True Bond. That game gave me something I hadn't felt in games like it in years.
