I know this is replying to my own post but I just had a thought. Could you use the term, egg-chaser to refer to the male equivalent of a woman who is pejoratively known as a bunny boiler?

My brain goes on some weird tangents at times.

Egg chaser is what we called rugby chuds when I was in college. Or, what Europeans call American Football players/fans.

Psycho lady stalker whose looking to start a family/have a baby is what I always took it to mean so I was thinking along these lines, ie Egg-chaser:- a pyscho male stalker looking to start a family/have a baby.

And I know, I know. I've ruined the attempted joke by trying to explain it. Hence what I meant by my brain going off on weird tangents at times, the cursed squishy lump.

The term originates from the film "Fatal Attraction" - where the woman literally boils a bunny in an attempt to strew chaos in the family life of the man she stalks. Nothing necessarily about having a baby with someone, though sometimes blackmail does come into it and they might attempt to get pregnant to trap their man. Think the kind of girl who puts a GPS tracker in your car or whatever.
