I initially followed this game over on another site due to the renders being high quality. I haven't actually played it. Is it any good?

Sure, but it more or less updates once a year and it definitely doesn't fee llike a year's worth of content when they do.

I mean, almost every single scene, lewd or otherwise, has to be done in triplicate to allow for the 3 different "paths", a bunch of which have completely different renders as well. I'm not surprised that they take longer per update with what feels like less content... if you're only running one path.

I'm sure you will like the rest of us as seems from discord. Alorth started to slowly light fires under SirD's ass to start working more often and faster. Same with the rest of the discord, just as long as he don't get swept up in something new like a new final fantasy or something one day lol.

I actually forgot how much I enjoyed this one until I restarted it after the latest update. I haven't played through all of the paths, but what I have done is pretty solid as far as alternate dialogue and scenes. The render quality is pretty solid although the animations or lack thereof can be hit or miss at times. I think mostly I like the writing, I see some genuine effort for the character behaviors and MC interior monologues to reflect path/playstyle. I haven't played a great many VN, but a personal frustration for me is feeling forced into inner dialogue about how guilty the MC feels about the horrible damaging choices that I intentionally made because my parents were cold and distant and so breaking fictional hearts and minds makes me almost feel something...anything. Overall I think it is engaging and successfully executed, if you like this type of fantasy and enjoy the illusion of some consequences for your choices then I'd recommend it.

This does seem like this one is going slow. A least it has some progression unlike some other titles out there. I prefer quality over speed anyways.

I like the game despite SirD being a jerk, and ignoring Polarity and causing issues with this game with the others of the dev team. I REALLY want to see where this is going, I just hope SirD's ego will let it happen.

Currently I'm a bit worried about the excessive amount of "side pieces" that the game has while very little progress has been made with the main 3... blossom being the exception. That's 8+ paths (possibly more in the True Edition) not counting the main 3 and we still don't know if certain combinations could seal off paths.

In all games that have the option, I always choose the fear/dark route. I want to see how big the difference will be when I choose the lust route. I think for me, it's still somewhat like going back to the same branch, like a branch with many small branches, not really two separate branches. I look forward to bigger changes in the future.

Really enjoying the game, wondering how certain characters are going to react to harem plan. Seems like certain ones would be very against the idea currently. I can feel the drama already
