My southern Aunt used to make "Sweety Cornbread" Like regular cornbread with a ton of frosting on it. So much frosting, you had to eat it with a spoon.It's a sweetened cornbread - similar recipe to regular, but more moist and sweet. Been thinking about making "hot water cornbread" next time I cook Southern style.
She was fat as fuck. Like 400+ pounds, easy.
