I think one big problem that stands in the way to clarify the standpoint on the AI matter is the admins and mods need to be on the same side. We know the decision was 50/50 but we don't know which person voted what and we probably never will as this would split the forum even more, also antagonize people to attack eachother. My guess behind the scenes there is a constant fight over the matter right now. So take a beverage of your choice, I have Vodka but only Grenadine as a mix ingredient, and chill or have fun here.

nevers seen an AI picture and got confused, maybe deepfake stuff. but the ones that are now allowed don't look real so... I'm wondering who's the sensitive bank dude who refuses to allow such pictures in web sites for adults.

I 100% agree with you. Let's start there.

But to understand, you have to think like a soulless law-maker:

They are future proofing.
As some point, in a decade or 3, AI WILL be 100% realistic. They're laying the groundwork now so that they can banhammer us to jail later.

You should ask the mods about that, I know they sometimes take away LC if they think you're spamming to farm it or something like that
