Any AI website that uses or used images that they did not buy (thus don't have copyright of) is forbidden.
Due to how stable diffusion etc. were made...that means pretty much all AI.

The only AI allowed is future AI that's offered and was made from bought & licensed assets.

Can someone explain to me what the difference is between a real image and a purchased image?
Even if they pay for images to train an AI with, are the images still of real people/objects, or do they undergo some strange transformation and become unreal?

I understand.....There are actually several comments floating around from several different users that believe the
rules mean all AI is banned and then you mods broke your own rules to allow us to have AI avatars [not joking].

I tried to get it today on GOG site but it says "out now" i don't get it, you have to download gog app to download it?

Yeah you need a GOG account and have to use the Galaxy app. Their version of Steam.

As Steam, Nexus and other sites wont host it as the file size is over 40GB's.

Though other sites are unofficially sharing the files as well.

So I'm not going to bother trying to get p4. The only thing that was being dangled was the AI stuff, which I create and like to share. There's no point now. I can get everything here at other sites without a prestige level.
It just sucks there's nowhere to share my AI creations.

Mods have officially made clear what's going on, basically they are saying AI art you make goes in P4 and that is the only place it is allowed to be posted. Also the Lurker thread stuck in P4 currently is up for review, so just don't post any AI on that one and you'll be fine.

You gotta read between the lines.
The purpose of the rules is to prevent the website from being liable when the owners of the original artwork decide to sue any hoster/platform featuring AI that was generated with data they had no rights to.
So if there was a company that had a clean, legitimate, AI that has provably used only 100% copyrighted & licensed assets, none of those problems would exist.
But such a company and such AI currently do not exist.
