I literally could launch the sims4 right now and get that scenario working in a couple of days(although I have the mods, It's mostly to have them, so I would need time to breed the humans and buy the animal)

That's a lot of stuff happening all at once. Maybe focus on the details.
You're living out in the sticks, managing your ranch. But there's a lot to be done and the last farmhand just quit.
Just when you thought you might have to close down, there's this young cute femboy applying for the job.
