So think that anything two steps below that is fine.
I'd go with hand-drawn naked adults is the limit as a rule of thumb.

I literally could launch the sims4 right now and get that scenario working in a couple of days(although I have the mods, It's mostly to have them, so I would need time to breed the humans and buy the animal)
This is the less vanilla thing that I've let them do, and the game does not know how to deal with it

Sims 4 has a really good engine that it allows you to mod sims into much better visuals, sometimes even real like 3D characters that some VN have. I would argue it beats any sex game that allows many animations like honey select even.

Yeah, the in-game family tree breaks if you look at it funny. Everything must be vanilla and without cheats if you want that thing to actually work.
