As the title suggest I am looking for games where you get frequent choices that altar the story overall and for specific characters, changing how the story progresses and interacts.

Hmmmm. Most of the games that come to mind are ones that mostly close out different routes for different characters but Fetish locator, Once in a Lifetime, and Summer with Mia 2 (This one the least) pop into mind. Although I don't think you can make a massive impact really.

I'd say "Grace of the Labyrinth Town", an RPG maker with boring dungeon crawler gameplay and a heroine-corruption mechanic that takes a long time to set up, but is very well brought together, with a rich story and dialogue (perhaps too much, given the type of game). But the quality of the scenes (which are not static!) is incredible, and the game quickly turns to the pregnancy and childbirth theme (the last one is not shown, though). And last but not least, the gallery is huge, and the game lasts just a few hours.

I couldn't get into Simple Days. The writing is just so... I wanna say bad, but maybe I should just say absent. Is there any plot?

Tales from the Unending Void is probably the best game with pregnancy. I also enjoy Reunion, My Dorm, WVM, Horton Bay... just for the kink tho, their stories are meh at best.

I had to scratch my head to remember the pregnancy in WVM. There's impregnation, but pregnancy? Has pregnancy actually played any part of the story, yet?

I had to scratch my head to remember the pregnancy in WVM. There's impregnation, but pregnancy? Has pregnancy actually played any part of the story, yet?

One of the girls is confirmed pregnant now, and there is at least one scene dedicated to that. There are no pregnant bellies yet.

I agree with you, such characters are extremely rare. I deliberately exclude HS/HS2 games from consideration because their graphics are far from perfect. After all, even Summertime Saga doesn't have successful characters of Asian (or rather, Far Eastern) origin. There's also a High School Days game, but it has about the same problem as Summertime Saga.

Spellbook I was skeptical of an NTR game but then I saw that the NTR was avoidable and the game had a overall good story and models.

Cabin by the lake. I'm not a fan of silly giant boobs, but dammit the writing and time loop mechanics won me over.

Yea, gigantic boobs usually dont work for me, but does in that game. But I also kind of hate the time mechanics. Is hard to follow what did or didnt and what is needed to progres. The decision three is hard to follow
