For all the fellow gamers, a friendly reminder to keep an eye on your posture.

Frequent short stretch breaks can reduce tension, head and muscle aches, and increase productivity and make work a more pleasant place to be. Take a short stretch break every hour or so.

And remember the 20/20 rule. Take your eyes off of your computer screen for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.

Stay hydrated!

Good advice tbh, especially posture. I often find myself crumpled awkwardly in my chair without thinking about it and then realise I've been sat like that for 2 hours. For goodness sake, look after your backs, people!

I guess a better chair than the square metal frame I'm sitting on more than 8 hours a day would be nice for ergonomy. Any non-"gamer" ergonomic chair recommendations?
